Project Overview
The Elmwood + Estate is a perfect example of a perfect design with remodel and large addition with modern touch. This project is centered towards the renovation of the old style home into a chic and airy, living dining and kitchen area. This new plan presents a more open concept, a big centrally located island, up to date appliances and sophisticated accoutrements. This area is for eating as well as entertaining purpose as the design is integrated with the living areas of the house. Exterior has been renovated to give the home a new look and master bedroom is relaxed and calm new look.
Design + Features
This major variation of the Elmwood + Estate home features a full renovation of the kitchen, dining, and master bedroom in addition to a well-planned two-story addition. Kitchen is one of the large and modern with the best design of the island, high-end cabinets, and lovely lighting to create the mood of living. The two zones for dining can be merged with the kitchen area, contributing to the successful integration of the house zones for families and for parties inviting guests. The master bedroom was painted in neutrals, while the addition of update lighting fixtures, textures and colors gives it an inviting retreat like feel. From minimizing its somewhat stagnant looks to increasing the utility of this gorgeous home, everything was done perfectly.
