Project Overview.
The Hazelhurst project was a comprehensive whole house remodel and addition, designed to maximize the existing space while modernizing the home's overall functionality. The home was gutted to the studs in several areas to allow for a complete redesign of the floor plan.
High-end finishes and attention to detail were a priority throughout the remodel. The kitchen and bathrooms were upgraded with top-of-the-line Kohler fixtures, quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry. The addition incorporated two new bedrooms and expanded the living areas significantly.
The client's primary request was to maximize the home's space, and they were particularly impressed with how the team utilized the existing porch to create additional square footage. Clear communication was maintained throughout the 8-month project.
