Project Overview.
Lakeside + Addition is a massive undertaking that remodels the home to fit modern living standards and brings in exquisite touches through addition and remodel. At the center of this work is the location, a spectacular location that makes the view an integral part of the design.
The living room concept follows an open-concept plan enhancing the flow from one space to another on the main level. Natural light is incorporated through large windows to make the home feel connected to its lakeside surroundings.
The kitchen and the living area share the same elegant wood flooring, creating visual continuity throughout. The primary bath was reimagined with contemporary design finishes combined with premium fixtures that elevate the everyday experience.
